Direct to Bank Account: BNZ 02-1257-0083766-000 please use your name as payment reference and email accounts@northlakepilates.co.nz to inform us of your payment.
Additional Fees/Charges: Please note platform and payment processing fees may be charged in addition to our pricing above. These fees are applied to purchases made through our MindBody Online store. A surcharge fee is charged in addition to Contactless/Credit card transactions made in-studio using the Eftpos machine. There are no additional payment fees for Cheque/Savings purchases (when card is inserted into terminal). There are no additional payment fees for payments direct to our BNZ bank account.
