Reformer Essentials(Beginner) These technique based classes are perfect for anyone who’s learning Pilates. Emphasis is placed on alignment and biomechanics. Classes are stretchy, great for stiff, sore, achy bodies and for anyone feeling over-stressed, tired or looking to relax the body and mind.

Pilates Reformer Classes
Six people per class
Reformer OpenOpen level classes are for people who are familiar with a Pilates Reformer. You'll be given options in every class allowing you to work to your mood/ability. The class will be full body combining mobility, flexibility and strength work - a perfect mix of sweet, salty and spicy for a daily Pilates workout.
Bones and Balance (55+)We LOVE the fact that we can support active adults aged 55+ with highly targeted Pilates exercises. This is the class for you if you are mindful about niggles, injuries and bone health. Our goal in the class is to help you feel stronger and steadier in your body. Getting into regular Pilates classes in your mid 50's is all about setting yourself up for success as you move into your 60's, 70's, into your 80's and beyond!
Pregnancy ReformerOur bodies change rapidly during pregnancy and there is no one-size-fits-all when you're growing a human. Exercise during your entire pregnancy is good for baby and good for Mum, however we're choosy about which movements we guide you through in this time of your life. Mamas, let's work together in this collaborative class to keep you niggle-free and feeling ready for birth.
Mums and Bubs Postnatal Bring your Bub for this one and we'll deep dive into corrective exercises to support you in your postnatal journey after welcoming your baby to the world. Movements to help restore good posture after your pregnancy are prioritised, along with work to facilitate better breathing, mobility, core and pelvic floor function. No former Pilates experience needed.
